The massive number of tornadoes left in my wake plus Pain Enhancer should clean up most of what is left from the initial WW pass, excepting elites. If they do stack then I should be able to fly around the Grift pretty quickly, with 25% base, +30% from Bul-Kathos, +25% from Wreath of Lightning. Should be easy enough to find out though. I haven't been able to find conclusive evidence one way or another. There are a lot of +% movement speed abilities in here that I hope will stack. I choose that anyway because Electrified is terrifying. I would like to test this myself, though, should I ever be fortunate enough.ĭust Devil tornadoes spawn rate now scales with attack speed, so that makes Xephirian even more valuable. They might be swapped out for RoRG and SoJ or something and use the IK set too. After some further research, it turns out Whirlwind Windshear does not count as a resource generating attack, which makes FnR a little less awesome. Since WotW gives 40% damage reduction while whirlwinding (all the time except for rend casts) I don't think it is quite as crucial as it normally would be for HC. If I were to use RoRG, it would probably be with belt and boots of IK for the permanent 50% damage sink. I feel like the bonus from Focus and Restraint would be overall more beneficial. Increases Fury Generation by 10įull Wrath of the Wastes, no RoRG.
